CANCELLATION AND PREPAYMENT

1.  50% Deposit upon confirmation into bank account through bank transfer within 72 hours of booking. Which will be transmitted upon confirmation and remaining balance upon checking.

2. 30 days free cancellation before scheduled date of arrival. A charge of 50 % of the total price if cancellation is done within 14 days before before arrival.

CANCELLATION EXCEPTION

​

Grace period - No fees charged for booking cancelled within 24 hours of booking.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS

All children are welcome.

​

No capacity for extra beds only cots at a charge.

PROPERTY SPECIFIC

INTERNET - Wifi is available in all areas and is free of charge

PARKING

Free Parking is available on site ( reservation is not needed).

SMOKING

No smoking allowed in the apartment - smoking outside only.

No loud noise after 21hrs i.e music level at a minimum.

GUEST INFORMATION

1.  Guest Arrival/Departure time flexible.

2.  Guest must provide a phone number and email address upon booking. Proof of ID upon checkin i.e Passport or Driver's licence.

ADDITIONAL FEES AND CHARGES

Cleaning fee of 25 Euros not included in price upon leaving.  Maid service can be provided upon request at a charge (optional).
